The infamous Singapore Royal Caribbean Cruise to NOWHERE on Quantum of the Seas - our VLOG Day 1. Locked up and locked in on the tiny Island that is Singapore during the pandemic, we, along with the rest of the poppulation I'm sure, were starting to suffer from a little cabin fever - so we decided to hop on board the Royal Caribbean Cruise.... to nowhere and spend 5 days in another cabin.... This was filmed during March 2021 at the height of Singapore's restrictions.
Is the Royal Caribbean Cruise to Nowhere suitable for babies? With our #2under2 baby boys, we look for activities that we can do on board the Royal Caribbean Quantum of the Seas.
With our #2under2 baby boys we are constantly looking for things to do that will entertain them and let them burn off some energy and so over the weekend we headed up to Yishun to Diggersite Singapore, and in this video you will see whey we loved it there.
Looking for something different to do in Bugis Singapore? There are plenty of attractions in Bugis from shopping to street food, but have you ever checked out Fu Lu Shou Complex and had your Aura picture taken?
Singapore River Safari is the newest addition to Singapore’s portfolio of award-winning parks and is Asia’s first and only river-themed wildlife park!
We've both got tattoo's but this is the first time we got tattoo's together! Our first tattoos as a couple!! After months of trying to think of a tattoo idea, idea for a couples tattoo, we finally got something very meaningful to us.
A fun way to spend the day, down the pub! Well, the Tiger Brewery Tour to be exact. Tiger Beer is Singapore's iconic beer and doing the Tiger Brewery Tour you get to see the inner workings and then sample the brews at the Tiger Tavern.
Lauren's first time to a professional football game! Of course this is comparable to watching the Hibs play every weekend in Singapore... but just in a slightly bigger stadium! p.s. not soccer - this is football!
Now this came as quite a shock, what we discovered at Singapore Zoo. This was Joey's first trip to the zoo and the truth was really unexpected but also provided us with a little chuckle. Remember that TV show, Kids say the funniest thing’s. We are now entering that stage and it's very cute.
Private hospitals in Singapore give expecting parents the opportunity to take a maternity tour to view the delivery suites, rooms and nursery’s. The birth experience and also the birth philosophy in Singapore differs greatly from our home countries and with big money involved in pregnancy, it came as a surprise to see how they package the birth experience. Take a look at our video to see what you can expect, we hope it helps and if you have any questions please drop them for us in the comments section below.
A somewhat hidden gem of Singapore - The Green Corridor! Having wanted to do this for quite a while, it wasn't all that I hope it would be, sadly it was one epic fail, most likely on our own part. Hard to find anything online for this, anyone know of a better section?
The Color Run; billed as “the Happiest 5k on the Planet”! A local SaL Adventure, we took part in the Color Run 2016 on Sentosa, Singapore! One of our first events we filmed with the GoPro Hero 3 – apologies for the shaky footage. It was indeed a lot of fun! One to tick-off the bucket list. Be Happy, Be Healthy, Be a Color Runner!
A small project we decided to take on in filming a jewellery advert. Lauren’s engagement ring and our wedding bands were custom designed by Emi of @hugoandhaan London. Hugo & Hann designs bespoke jewelry through personal client collaboration which results in a unique piece infused with your own thoughtful story. We had so much fun concepting, filming, and editing this brief ‘commercial’ to showcase their beautiful work!
A surprise birthday treat, getting a one on one tour at Singapore's Vintage Cameras Museum. A unique building full of over 1000 camera's throughout the ages. A very insightful tour guide and a great way to spend an afternoon in Singapore.
Looking back at some of the preparation we undertook during our pregnancy and we tried The Singing Bowl Studio workshop in Singapore. In this workshop we had the opportunity to work with and learn about the benefits and mediative properties of the Tibetan Singing Bowls. Tibet being a very special place for us: https://youtu.be/KHTln53QwBoand where we first came across the singing bowl, we were pleased to find The Singing Bowl Gallery in Singapore just around the corner from our house.
